Space For Free - Deadline 2nd March 2007
SPACE SHUTTLE is a small, multifunctional unit, approx.12m2, used by PS2 for six projects around Belfast as a platform for urban creativity and social interaction (www.spaceshuttle.org.uk)
PS2 now invite interested parties to submit ideas for the future creative use of the SPACE SHUTTLE. A jury will decide the winning entry and the SPACE SHUTTLE will be handed over in May 2007 free of charge.

Who Can Apply? |
Artist groups, art and community organizations/institutions and initiatives who are constituted and non-profit making (i.e. schools, art initiatives, Council department) |
Proposed Use |
The shuttle should be used for creative/social projects and function as an active element. |
Time Frame |
The shuttle will be handed over to the winning applicant and will stay in their possession. The proposal should indicate a longer period of use (minimum 4 months) and possible re-use or again a hand over process. |
Funding |
To underline the viability of the proposal, possible funding sources should be mentioned. |

Costs |
The shuttle is free of charge. The cost for the transport to the new owners of the shuttle has to be paid by themselves. |
Judging |
A panel will be constituted to review and judge all submissions. Their decision will be final. |
